The VDX-6319D-FB-D is a Mity-SoC module featuring a DM&P SoC CPU Vortex86DX operating at 800MHz. It includes a real-time clock with lithium battery backup, and cache memory consisting of 16K I-Cache, 16K D-Cache, and 128KB L2 Cache. The module supports a 16-bit x-ISA interface and is equipped with AMI BIOS. System memory is 256MB DDR2 onboard.

Watchdog Timer
