Specifications
The VDX-6317-X is a CPU module featuring a DM&P SoC CPU Vortex86DX operating at 800MHz. It includes a real-time clock with lithium battery backup and a cache configuration of 16K I-Cache, 16K D-Cache, and 128KB L2 Cache. The module supports a 16-bit x-ISA bus interface and is equipped with an AMI BIOS. System memory is provided by 256MB DDR2 onboard.

Watchdog Timer
The module includes a software-programmable watchdog timer with a range from 30.5μ sec to 512 sec, featuring two sets, with Watchdog 1 fully compatible with M6117D.

Networking and Storage
It integrates a 10/100Mbps Ethernet LAN and supports onboard 4MB SPI Flash Disk, MSTI EmbedDisk Module (16MB and above), and an optional 44-pin IDE to Micro SD.

Standard operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +70°C, with an optional range of -40°C to +85°C.
