The semiautomatic carton erector, model PA-2, assists operators in forming cartons for immediate filling. The operator unfolds the carton and places it in the PA-2, where a sensor activates a pneumatic system to fold the lower flaps. This design allows the operator to have both hands free for filling the box. Once filled, a button press expels the carton automatically, ready for sealing with models L-15, L-25, or L-35. The machine offers a comfortable working position and high output speed after a short training period.
