Open design for easy cleanig Operation principle . Flowing from continuous freezers, the ice cream is pumped through extrusion or fill nozzles. Nearly any shape or flavor combination is possible. Extruded products - ice cream is cut with heated wire and slices are accurately positioned on conveyor plates. A stick is inserted in the ice cream during extrusion process, if required.
