GOODS-TO-MAN:FAST, COMFORTABLE, AND /miSAFE ACCESS ROTAR works on the goods-to-man principle: the rotating carrier containing the requested items is automatically brought to the ergonomic access opening, eliminating unnecessary walking and searching time. Operators can retrieve materials quickly, safely, and without physical strain. Requests are entered directly through the control keyboard or touch panel on the work surface. MODULAR DESIGN, SMART ORGANIZATION Modular carriers and accessories allows efficient storage of lightweight materials such as spare parts, consumables, pharmaceuticals within the vertical carousel. Three carrier heights (270, 300, 360 mm) and multiple size options (length: 2,200–2,900 mm; depth: 360 or 420 mm) guarantee configuration flexibility. Each carrier supports up to 120 kg. Carriers can be customized with intermediate shelves, dividers, and removable containers, ensuring optimal space use, improved organization, and shorter retrieval times.

ERGONOMICS AND SAFETY AT THEIR BEST The workstation provides ergonomic and safe access to stored materials. Each system can feature one or more workstations positioned at different levels. The melamine-faced work surface allows operators to work comfortably, sitting or standing. A centrally positioned touchscreen panel manages all retrieval and storage operations while displaying messages or alerts. Start and stop buttons and an emergency control are always within reach, ensuring full operational safety.

ROTAR comes in multiple configurations to meet current and future storage requirements. TOTAL PROTECTION FOR OPERATORS AND MATERIALS Safety devices installed at every access point ensure maximum protection for both operators and stored materials. Dual single-beam light curtains detect any protruding items and immediately stop rotation, while a multi-beam curtain safeguards the operator during picking operations. A lockable sliding shutter prevents unauthorized access, and in case of power failure, an emergency hand crank allows manual retrieval.
