Introduction
The TESTCOM Series by IBERTEST introduces a new design of table-top electromechanical universal testing machines. These machines are an evolution of the ELIB low load model, featuring state-of-the-art testing specifications, a modern look, and ergonomic design. A notable feature is the 'All in One' touch PC interface, which offers a user-friendly experience with improved performance.

Models and Specifications
The series includes models with varying maximum test loads: TESTCOM-5 & 5/E (5 kN), TESTCOM-10 & 10/E (10 kN), TESTCOM-30 (30 kN), and TESTCOM-50 (50 kN). The '/E' version indicates extra height. Key components include a fixed upper crosshead for stiffness, a mobile crosshead, frame housing, gripping heads, UCRD-7 remote control, and a load cell with an encoder.

Main Frame and Load Measurement
The main frame is designed for tensile tests according to EN 10.002-1 and similar standards like ASTM and ASME. It can also perform compression, bending, folding, shear, punch, and extrusion tests. The load measurement uses a universal strain gauge load cell with high precision and repeatability, ensuring Class 0.5 accuracy as per ISO 7500-1. Additional load cells can be installed for a broader measuring range.

Displacement Measurement
Displacement is measured using an encoder directly placed on the screwdriver axis, with a resolution of 0.005 mm. The system supports a wide range of speeds from 0.01 to 1000.00 mm/min, with other speeds available on request.

Technical Specifications
The machines feature a synchronous servomotor with direct drive to screws, enabling displacement and load closed-loop control. The displacement speed range is between 0.01 and 1000.00 mm/min, while the load speed ranges from 0.01 to 1/10 of the maximum load in kN/s. The power supply is single-phase 220 V, 50/60 Hz, with total power ranging from 1400 kW to 2000 kW. An emergency stop button is included for safety.

Dimensions and Weight
The dimensions of the testing frame vary by model, with the TESTCOM-5 & 5/E measuring 720 x 510 x 1320 mm and the TESTCOM-50 measuring 880 x 5800 x 1930 mm. The approximate weight ranges from 120 kg for the short version to 360 kg for the larger models.
