Auto Grease Bracket-Mounted System

Moil and wedge types for hard rocks like basanite and granite.

Features of HDB Series Breakers
The series includes 14 models with features such as larger diameter tie-bolts, upgraded inlet/outlet port connecting hoses, and a smart design for extra durability. Options include anti-blank firing valves, TPC systems, and auto grease systems.

Anti-Blank Firing System
Standard for models HDB50 to HDB800, this system protects chisel points, bolts, and front heads from blank firing. The auto-control valve starts and stops operation based on pressure under the chisel.

Seal System
Using NOK seals, the HDB series achieves longer seal life. Models HDB210 and up include an additional square buffer seal to increase durability and minimize piston vibration.

2 Stroke Selector System
This system allows users to switch between long and short strokes based on performance needs. The selector location varies by model.

Energy Regeneration Valve
Available on models HDB650 and HDB800, this valve harnesses up to 15% of flow energy for the next stroke.

TECHNOLOGY Seal System- By using only NOK seals on the HDB series, we have achieved longer seal life. • On models HDB210 and up, an additional square buffer seal increases the durability of the gas seals, step seals, and the piston. • This buffer seal also helps to minimize piston vibration inside the housing. ABF (Anti-Blank Firing) System- with Auto-Control Valve ABF (anti-blank firing), which is standard for Models HDB50 to HDB800, helps protect chisel points, bolts and front heads from blank firing, regardless of the application.
