Lens cleaning tips You will need: • Scientific-grade acetone • Air bulb • Lens tissue • Plastic lens holder • Cotton swabs • Eye dropper • Rubber gloves Step #1 Using rubber gloves, place lens in lens holder. Use air bulb to remove all loose contaminants from the optic. If the contaminants are still visible please proceed to step #2. Step #2 Place a new piece of lens tissue over the optic, completely covering the optic Step #3 Fill eye dropper ½ full with acetone.
