Components for hydraulic systems of dumptrucks

'T' SERIES GEAR PUMPS 'T' series gear pumps are manufactured with installation dimensions according to ISO standard. May be of right, left and bidirectional rotation. The main characteristic of these pumps is low sensitivity to axial and radial loads which permits to drive the pump using a pulley or a drive gear (spur or helical) installed on the pump shaft. Housing and covers for series ‘T’ pumps are made of cast iron. The pumps are applied on dump trucks, truck mounted boom lifts.

Hydraulic cylinders are produced for rear tippers and three-way tippers both. Various types of mounting are available. Standart series High pressure hoses are produced of 2-braided rubber for the pressure up to 400 bar. Working life is not less than 350 thousand cycles. Hoses are produced according to standards DIN and SAE, with straight and angle fittings of DKM and DKO light and hard series with thread adjustments (metric and inch) and flange adjustments.
