The ACS series continuous sterilizers are engineered for the sterilization of food pouches or flat trays using a forced flow steam air process. The semi-static process with overpressure ensures packaging integrity. The system can handle different sizes and materials within the same machine, making it ideal for medium to large production scales.

Speed is based on a 20-minute holding time for 400g pouches measuring 14x19x4 cm.
