It is intended for use in stable input flow circuits. Operation In its steady state, the PR12-S6 allows flow to pass bi-directionally from ® to © . On attainment of a pre-determined pressure at © , the cartridge shifts upward to restrict the input flow at ® , thereby regulating pressure at © to keep the pressure at © steady. The spring chamber constantly drained at © to prevent the pressure at ® impact the spool. In this mode, when the pressure at © exceeds the setting pressure, the spool will shift to relieve © to © , until the pressure at © regains the setting pressure.
