A pilot-operated, screw-in cartridge type hydraulic check valve, Type PC08, is designed for unidirectional blocking or load holding circuits. It allows flow from port ② to ③ while blocking the reverse flow. The valve opens when sufficient pressure is applied at port ①, with a pilot ratio of 3:1, meaning it requires at least 1/3 of the load pressure at port ③ to open.

PC08 allows flow from ② to ③ , while blocking flow from the opposite direction. When the sufficient pressure is applied at ① , the fluid can flow from ③ to ② . The pilot ratio for this type of valve is 3:1, which means that the valve cannot be opened until at least 1/3 of the load pressure of ③ is applied at ① . Under the static or no- load conditions, the valve is spring-biased to assure holding. A sealed pilot piston option is available. Provide customized based-spring. Please contact customer service.
