HUWA International has developed a simple and effective internal stainless steel repair clamp for wastewater piping, following a two-year research program. This clamp is designed to address ecological liabilities by providing a reliable sealing solution.

Application
The HUWA Internal repair clamp can be installed in pipes made of various materials with diameters of 20 inches (500 mm) or larger, and it can handle operating pressures up to 240 psi (16 bar). The clamp features a special profile on the external side of the rubber seal to ensure complete sealing between the expansion sections and the pipeline. Made from stainless steel type 316, the components are fully passivated. The clamp consists of three or more sections, depending on the pipe diameter, and uses a solid expansion system to distribute forces effectively on the rubber seal, ensuring perfect sealing.

Installation requires only a screwdriver and a ratchet wrench, making it simple and cost-effective without the need for complex equipment. The clamp's lightweight and minimal parts facilitate easy installation, and its ultra-low profile design maintains optimal water flow characteristics.
