Hutchinson Foam & Converting Division (FCD) specializes in designing and manufacturing a comprehensive range of compact rubber sheets. The entire process, from material development to production, is integrated to ensure high quality.
The rubber sheets are tailored for various industries, including aerospace, automotive, construction, railway, tiling, chemicals, food industry, and drinking water applications.
- Over 100 years of experience in compact rubber manufacturing.
- Complete control over the manufacturing process, from mixing to the finished product.
- Certified plants with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 certifications.
- Materials: CR, EPDM, IIR (Butyl), NBR, NR, etc.
- Thickness: 0.3 to 14 mm.
- Width: 30 to 1950 mm.
- Shapes: Available as strips or rolls, vulcanized or not, and can be cut to specific shapes.
- Multi-material lamination (e.g., rubber + PTFE).
- Sheets can be ground to precise sizes from 3mm.
- Textile inserts (polyamide, polyester) can be added.
- Different surface finishes (fabric or smooth) and options with or without talc.
