THE BELT FOR SEVERE APPLICATIONS The Poly V RELOADED is a power transmission belt featuring multiple longitudinal ribs. It transmits the torque by contact of the belt rib flanks and the pulley grooves. This new belt allows to combine: Compactness Various improvements Global cost reduction New compound with high abrasion resistance Cushion New ribs compound which improves abrasion resistance. New reinforced polyester cord with low elongation: New cord with low elongation better breaking strength and higher tension, with Reinforced rubber backing for lateral rigidity reduction of pulleys diameters. CHARACTERISTICS Molding process: less waste and guaranteed thickness consistency. C ompounds available for temperature up to +100°C.
