Fully customizable to the needs of the mold, UNIFY™ manifold systems are prewired and pre-assembled at Husky prior to shipping, ensuring quick installation into the mold. Upon arrival the UNIFY™ system simply requires uncrating, dropping into the mold, and connection of the services. The water, oil/air, and electric connectors chosen are all on clearly marked and easy to access mounting plates. All service lines and wires are attached to a custom rigid frame matching the mold layout, further simplifying installation into the mold. UltraSeal® leak-proof technology The UltraSeal® design allows the nozzles to slide relative to the manifold during installation, aligning themselves to the gates while still providing the leak-proof performance of a screwed in nozzle. This removes the time requirement and safety concerns of pre-heating systems that use screwed in nozzles. UltraSeal® technology prevents leakage at start-up, even if the hot runner is not within its operating window. It also comes with a three-year leak-proof guarantee. The UltraSeal® design keeps the
