The Ultra 250 nozzle is ideal for small, space constrained parts and inside-gating applications with throughputs up to 10 grams/sec. Hottipgating options accommodate most commodity and engi- neering resins. • 12.5 mm diameter (0.490") nozzle bore • 7.0 mm diameter (0.276") nozzle sealoff • Maximum injection pressure is 1586 bar (23 kpsi) • Minimum pitch spacing of 18 mm (0.71") • Three year leakproof guarantee with UltraSeal9 The Ultra 250 nozzle is designed for small part molding for through- puts up to 10 grams per second and is ideal for small medical, closure and technical parts. The reduced size of the nozzle and tip allow for direct gating near cavity and core pins and on difficult to access areas of parts that typica My would requirea cold runner. The minimum drop to drop spacing allows for tighter cavity spacing and smaller mold bases.
