PowerPro-G™ is Husky’s adaptive control energy management software that can improve process optimization and reduce energy consumption by upto 12% in G-PET machines. What is PowerPro-G? PowerPro-G is energy management software designed specifically for G-PET machines. It uses control algorithms that adapt to the needs of the injection molding machine and optimizes the control of the system’s hydraulic pumps. PowerPro-G adaptive control was developed by analyzing data from thousands of operational G-PET machines. Husky engineers used this data to optimize control algorithms during the injection phase of the process cycle. Each implementation is tailored to the specific system being optimized.
