Service Process
The service begins with a remote consultation with a Husky Process Specialist to gather process information. This is followed by an on-site visit to analyze system performance and conditions, examine preform or closure quality, and determine process limitations. The goal is to optimize production processes, improve cycle time, and enhance product quality. A comprehensive report with future risks and recommendations is provided at the end of the service.

Assist in minimizing AA levels (preform only).

A case study involving a 96 cavity system showed a reduction in cycle time from 11.0 seconds to 10.5 seconds, resulting in a potential output gain of up to 11.8 million preforms per year. The payback period was less than 1.8 months at a $300/ton gross margin and less than 2.1 months at a $250/ton gross margin.
