Classic Zffwnpfvmi’ Diaphragm-Poppet Valves Rugged, Reliable MAIN SUPPLY VALVE Humphrey Diaphragm-Poppet Toggle Valves are perfect on the factory floor as main supply valves, just ahead of your pneumatically powered work stations. The internal design ensures bubble tight sealing, dramatically reducing plant operating costs otherwise resulting from system leakage when work stations are idle. These 3-port valves feature a rigid, cam detent in both positions, large flow copocity and quick exhaust of downstream air. Supply air assisted. In closed position, force generated from supply air to PORT 1 seals bottom poppet tight to valve seat. Out PORT 2 has unrestricted, high flow to exhaust PORT 3. Once actuated to open position, top poppet seals away exhaust port, tight to its valve seat. Supply PORT 1 opens unrestricted, high flow to PORT 2. Low cost, simple design. No sliding seals to wear, ensuring long, trouble-free life regardless of poor media conditions.
