The HUBER ROTAMAT® Screenings Compactor Ro 7 is engineered for the compaction, dewatering, and volume reduction of screenings and various waste materials from industrial processes. Screenings enter the machine directly from the screen via an inlet hopper. A robust screw conveyor transports the solids through a closed rising pipe into the compaction and dewatering zone, ensuring an odour-free operation. The dewatered and compacted material is then discharged into a container, while the carbon-rich press liquor is directed into the channel. The system includes automatic cleaning via a solenoid valve and offers optional wash water addition for enhanced separation of organic particles.
