The ROTAMAT® Complete Plant Ro 5K combines wastewater fine screening and cross-flow separation in a very compact, high-performance mechanical preliminary treatment system. The feed flows at first through an inlet screen which separates the solids from the wastewater or process water and washes and compacts the screenings. The wastewater flows then into the grit trap which operates according to the cross-flow lamella principle and combines therefore the benefits of the counter flow and parallel flow principle.
