Overview
The HUBER Grit Washer RoSF G4E is a comprehensive system designed for grit separation, washing, and dewatering, offering significant cost reductions and high efficiency. It is suitable for use in municipal sewage treatment plants and biogas facilities.

Design and Function
The system integrates classifying and washing processes. Sediments from grit traps, consisting of grit, organics, and water, are introduced into the system. The low surface overflow rate ensures effective separation of particles, which settle at the tank's bottom. Service water and a rotating circulation system facilitate the separation of lighter organic particles from denser mineral particles. The clean grit is then automatically removed, dewatered, and discharged, while organics are expelled with wash water.
