No interface relays are needed for controllers up to and including NEMA size 5 contactors 1.8 amps continuous rating / 4.75 amps for 0.25 seconds Each output circuit protected with a 3 amp fuse Status LED's: red = output activated; green = output current flowing. Up to (10) SSR output cards (20 circuits) can be provided per motherboard card rack. Opto-isolated feedback sensing of the motor controller M, F/R or H/L contactor coil operating currents monitors the status of the SSR condition. During operation, or upon start-up, if the SSR output in any of the monitored circuits is detected to be shorted, or open, the radio receiver will shut down the motor controller. Additional SSR modules can be optionally configured to monitor an unused auxiliary contact mounted on the motor controller M, F/R or H/L contactors to provide positive indication the contactor has picked up when commanded.
