The RB EXTV Explosion-proof Endoscopic High-temperature Imaging System is primarily designed for monitoring the interior of high-temperature furnaces, inclu d i n g environments that require explosion protection. It is an intelligent and specialized high-temperature inspection and analysis system that integrates flame monitoring (image and temperature detection), furnace tube temperature analysis, and leakage alarm functions into one unit. This system is widely applied in petrochemical industries (such as cracking furnaces and gasification furnaces), metallurgical heating furnaces, and special melting kilns, or other hazardous areas characterized by high temperature and intense heat. The system mainly consists of an infrared camera, a furnace endoscope, a control system, an automatic retraction protection device, and an industrial PC for temperature analysis. ■ The overall explosion-proof imaging system adopts explosion-proof grade Exd IIC T6 Gb and protection grade IP68. ■ To ensure long-term operation of the probe inside the furnace, the probe is air-cooled. The front end uses a pinhole design, and the cooling air forms a rotating air curtain in front of the lens, increasing the air curtain's strength and purging area. This effectively prevents furnace dust from contacting the optical lens, allowing the system to run continuously and stably for long periods with minimal maintenance. ■ The probe is equipped with an automatic retraction protection function-in the event of air failure, over-temperature, or power outage, the probe automatically retracts from the furnace. ■ It also supports customizable temperature-measurement capability. ■ The probe's field of view can be configured as straight-view or angled-view. For angled-view configurations,users may choose between rotary-type and fixed-type lenses. The rotary lens can rotate periodically according to preset parameters. ■ The system performs real-time analysis of the measured temperature and retains historical temperature or alarm data for production review. Through quantitative furnace temperature analysis, users can improve combustion efficiency and performance of materials.
