SBR-CLEAR WATER DECANTER TREATMENT SYSTEMS Water needs a future! Highlights: The product family of the clear water decanter HydroClear® offers the perfect solution for each application from 10 m3/h up to 1200 m3/h. A stable position of the decanter is ensured through unsinkable floats that act simultaniously as baffles for the HydroClear®-MOD and HydroClear®-COMBI. The HydroClear®-PLUS is integrated into the basin wall or into a stainless steel well. An automated sludge barrier prevents activated sludge removal during all phases and opens to allow clear water removal during the decanting phase. Timer control according to outflow conditions and control according to turbidity values ensure effective clear water removal. With the installation of the control system "Optimal" clear water removal occurs already during the sedimentation phase, which therefore shortens the process time. The HydroClear®-COMBI offers a compact, device related solution that combines a clear water decanter with an adjustable bulking- and floating sludge skimmer. When using the control system RBS-ASA the break-runtime and immersion depth are programmable, which ensures a low water quantity in the removed sludge. The floating clear water decanter is equipped with a platform and railing to allow access to perform maintenance and repair tasks. A catwalk grants access to the at the basin wall mounted HydroClear®-PLUS.
