They allow the alternating opening and closing of two flow channels in one installation. The RSK/Twin-Trap replaces the conventional solution with sluice and gate valves. Rotating traps are usually simpler and safer. They can resist loads in pressure and pull situations. During a flooding event the RSK/Twin-Trap closes the opening towards the receiving water and simultaniously opens the channel towards the flood control pumps....
