The linear shafts made from X90CRMOV18 (W.NR: 1.4112) are peeled hot rolled according to EN 10088-3: 2005 standards. The mechanical properties include:

The shafts are available in various diameters with corresponding weights and tolerances:

• Diameter ranges from 8 mm to 50 mm
• Weight ranges from 0.4 Kg/m to 15.41 Kg/m
• ISO tolerance h6 is applied
• Length varies between 6000 mm and 6500 mm

Surface hardness is between 53 - 55 HRC with a hardening depth of 0.6 to 1.8 mm depending on the diameter. Straightness, roundness, and conicity are controlled to specific maximum values, and the surface finish is maintained between 0.20 to 0.25 μ RA.
