IR series lamps use shortwave technology, able to penetrate the layers of paint products applied, heating directly and quickly from the inside to the outside, ensuring a complete and optimal evaporation of the volatile components, and the hardening of the surface. The lamps used rise up to very high temperatures (up to 1200 ° C) in less than one second and are able to cool down very quickly. This feature combined with our specic software, ensure the complete power management (from 0 to 100%). The advantages listed above allow us to have total control over the temperature applied to the surface to be dried, in any situation of humidity and ambient temperature, with any type of product applied, regardless of the support material (Steel, Aluminium, Plastic, Carbon Fiber, Wood ...). IR7 on portable cart with PLC Unit equipped with seven IR lamps controlled by PLC for professional drying processes and for the detection of air bubbles within the layer of plaster applied on the composite, for example in the marine eld. Unique advantages: - working time and temperature, programmable through a touch-screen; - possibility of storing different processes depending on the type of material; - mobile and reclining support(to t the shape of the hull); - compact size with reducible height for use on scaffolding or areas. Technical data: Power supply: 400 V 3P+T 50/60 Hz. Max total power: 21 Kw (divisible by PLC in two groups of 12 or 16kW). Lamp type: ruby infrared from 3kW each. Dimensions: 1.100 x 550 x 1.700 H. IR110 hand-held The manual dryer IR 110 is suitable for the treatment of small surfaces. Great for all the jobs that require a high temperature for a short period such as minor adjustments, soften the seals of glasses or remove friezes and adhesives. Technical data Power supply: 230 V 50/60 Hz. Total power: 1 Kw. Lamp type: Ruby infrared from 3kW.
