  • Ensure the thruster rod is extended and not pressurized before installation.
  • Rotate the push rod clockwise until a clicking sound is heard.
  • Install the thruster to the caliper, ensuring lock nuts are removed before placement.
  • Adjust the push rod to maintain a 6mm gap between the body and the arm.
  • Tighten lock nuts to specified torque values.
  • Replace diaphragm by removing the caliper, disconnecting the air supply, and following the specified steps.
