Basic Version Construction Materials:
The cone hopper is made of welded carbon steel. Ventilation is made of polyester, 4-5 mm thick, with a G 1½" external thread connection. The outlet pipe has a flange PN6 or PN10. Surface treatment includes chemical stripping, a 40-micron zinc phosphate primer, and a 40-micron 2-component polyurethane top coat in RAL5012 blue.

Options:

Cone hopper available in stainless steel grades 1.4306 (304L), 1.4404 (316L), and 1.4571 (316Ti).
Different minimum outlet diameters available: Ø200, Ø250, Ø300, Ø350, Ø400, Ø500 with corresponding heights.
Ventilation with anti-static fiber for zones 21 and 22.
Rubber hose loop and nozzle with parts for 2 air connections.
Pneumatic installation includes a manually operated ball valve, 2/2-way magnetic valve, and pressure regulator.
Square flange option.
Suitable for temperatures up to 250°C with special fabric.
