Arc Welding Reels

Series SWCR/WCR: These reels support #2 to 4/0 cables up to 400 amps. They offer power or manual rewind options, featuring a 400 amp rated rotary electrical device, quick cable connection, and a non-sparking ratchet assembly. The reels are equipped with a declutching arbor to prevent reverse winding damage and a 4-way roller assembly.

Dual Arc Welding Reels

Series TWCR: Designed for handling both grounding and arc welding leads, these reels feature two spools for separate cable lengths and a 400 amp rotary electrical device. They include Delrin bearings for insulation and ease of operation, along with a gear-driven crank rewind and pinion brake.

Gas Welding Reels

Spring Rewind (N400 Series): These reels handle twin 1/4” to 3/8” welding hoses, featuring a heavy-duty spring motor, non-sparking ratchet assembly, and declutching arbor. They support pressures up to 21 bar and temperatures from -40°C to +93°C.
Manual (MX) or Power Rewind (2400 Series): Available with MX chain drive crank or powered by air or hydraulic motors. These reels handle twin 1/4” to 3/8” hoses, with standard inlets and outlets for oxygen and gas. They support similar pressure and temperature ranges as the spring rewind models.

Specifications and Customization
All models are subject to specification changes and can be customized for different drum lengths and disc sizes. Accessories are available separately, and specific roller positions must be specified when ordering.
