Product Introduction
The MDR-E Dual Rotor Flow Meter is a volumetric flow meter featuring a unique design with precision machining and assembly. It utilizes a pair of spiral rotors as the sole moving components within the metering chamber, which are responsible for dividing, measuring, transporting, and discharging the liquid. The inclusion of a positioning gear ensures that the rotors do not contact each other during operation, resulting in stable performance, low noise, minimal wear, high accuracy, and strong adaptability to various viscosities. The meter can handle fine particles in the liquid, preventing sticking.

Working Principle
The flow meter measures liquid volume through a pair of rotating spiral rotors within the metering chamber. The rotors rotate under liquid pressure, discharging eight times the shaded volume per rotation. By measuring rotor revolutions, cumulative and instantaneous flow can be calculated.
