Product Introduction
The HRF Roots Flow Meter is designed for high-precision measurement of liquid flow in pipelines, suitable for both continuous and intermittent applications. It is a positive displacement flow meter known for its high accuracy, reliability, lightweight design, and ease of installation. The meter can measure both cumulative and instantaneous flow and supports remote measurement and control when integrated with intelligent control devices.

Applications

Working Principle
The flow meter operates by allowing liquid to flow through a measuring chamber, creating pressure that drives a pair of rotors. These rotors maintain continuous rotation, discharging liquid through the chamber. The volume of liquid measured is four times the chamber's volume. The device includes a counter for displaying instantaneous and cumulative flow, and can be equipped with a pulse transmitter for remote measurement and control.
