The output current load should range from 250 ohms to 750 ohms. Loads greater than 750 ohms can reduce output current, while loads less than 250 ohms decrease anti-interference ability. A 250-ohm resistance can be added for small loads.
Check for issues with indicators, fastening screws, pointers, and flowmeter floats. Ensure zero pointer indicates RP and regulate current as needed.
Ensure indicator flexibility and check coordination with the switch plate starter. Adjust the pointer fan board if necessary.
Maintenance is generally not needed unless ferromagnetic particles cause float sticking. If this occurs, remove the rotameter to clear blockages. Ensure the float operates freely and check for system operation stability issues such as unstable flow rate, small pressure differences, incorrect flow meter range, or two-phase flow.
Factory calibration is usually sufficient. If zero offset occurs, adjust installation direction and position. Avoid removing the indicator to prevent deviation.
No absolute correspondence exists among valve sizes, pump angles, flow rate, or pressure. Use correction factors to determine flow rates and select appropriate rotor calibers and measurement ranges based on user parameters.
Various formulas are provided to calculate correction factors for liquid and gas volume flows under different conditions, considering medium density and temperature.
