Order Information
The Model 45 Digital Flow Totalizer/Rate Indicator is designed for field installation and is available in configurations for both 115 VAC and 10-30 VDC power inputs. The model number is structured as MODEL 45-(A)-(B)-(C)-(D)-(E)-(F)-(G)-(H)-(I), where each letter represents a customizable option.

Display Options
Option A allows for a 6-digit LCD display or a blind option with no total display. Option B provides a choice between a 6-digit LCD accumulator with internal reset or a 6-digit LCD rate display.

Signal Input
Option C offers pulse input suitable for magnetic, TTL/CMOS, or A/C square wave signals, or a contact closure input.

Input Power
Option D specifies the power input, with choices of 115 VAC, 220 VAC, or 10-30 VDC external power. Note that for internal battery power, Model 46 should be used.

Pulse Output
Option E includes open collector, TTL/CMOS pulse, relay contact closure, or mercury/wetted relay outputs. It is important to specify the maximum count speed for pulse outputs, otherwise, the unit defaults to a 10 kHz count rate.

Linearizer
Option F includes a linearizer, which is required for mini-flow applications.

Enclosure Style
Option G offers a standard NEMA 4X fiberglass enclosure or an explosion-proof enclosure that meets NEC and UL standards.

Mounting Style
Option H provides a standard wall mount or a flowmeter mount option, which includes a NEMA hub and flowmeter riser.

Internal Conditioner
Option I includes an internal conditioner. For any option not specified, an 'X' should be inserted in the model number.
