With the addition of a roll of .030-.035 in (0.8-0.9 mm) flux-cored welding wire, this welder is ready to weld (without shielding gas). It can weld 18 ga. to 3/16 in. steel with flux-cored wire and is ideal for farm/home applications, light fabrication, and light maintenance and repair.
