HOmatic pinch valves are pressure-controlled shut-off devices used in industrial automation. They can also function as measuring or regulating valves by adjusting the control pressure. Designed according to the latest standards and compliant with the pressure equipment directive 97/23/EC, these valves offer high reliability and long service life. The operation involves applying compressed air to deform the sleeve and close the valve, while releasing the air opens it.
These valves are versatile, suitable for industries such as pneumatic conveying, food, plastics, chemicals, environmental engineering, and more. They come in two types: Type G with internal screw connections and Type F with DIN PN 10/16 flanges, catering to different installation needs.
The valves feature a space-saving design, offering up to 40% energy savings, reduced mechanical stress, and longer service life. They ensure full flow cross-section and have parts made of POM plastic or stainless steel, minimizing costs.
