The VACUUM HAMLER-1320 is designed to vacuumize and stuff whole muscle pieces to enhance yield. It prevents air from mixing into products by evacuating air from between muscles in the vacuum chamber. This model can produce longer hams compared to the NH720 and significantly boosts yield.

All electrical components are consolidated in one location and installed on the upper part of the machine to minimize electrical failures due to water exposure.

The machine allows for easy cleaning by fully opening the back of the vacuum chamber and removing components like the pusher, cope, and drag. This design enhances safety and hygiene.

The machine can accommodate products with a diameter of up to φ95 by changing the nozzle, cope, and drag.
