■ About tool shape "Barrel R" of GS4TN has a shape that connects "tip R" and "tool diameter" with double arc. See the figure on the right. Interface between tip R and barrel R [Note] appropriate coolant for the work material and machining shape. ©Use a machine having as high rigidity and high accuracy as possible. ©These conditions are for general guidance; in actual machining conditions adjust the parameters according to your actual machine and work-piece conditions. ©If the rpm of the machine is low, lower the feed rate also to put the rpm and feed rate in the same ratio.
