Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV (HCME) has opened its newproduction plant at Amsterdam. The new 19,600m > 2 facility has been built aspart of a 20million euro investment programme. As reported in the last issue of Ground Control , the factory will help Hitachito meet its production targets over the next three years.
