Product Profile: The HIPP Precision Mechanics
Borescope is a
rigid borescope with a small outer diameter, available in versions with a wide field of view of 70° or with replaceable mirror tubes (70°, 90°, and 110°), with or without focusing. It offers different directions of view and working lengths, made from stainless steel in Germany.
User-Friendliness and Operation:
The borescope features an extra-wide field of view of 70° (optional), optimal image quality with optional focusing, and 360° rotating mirror tubes. It provides four different directions of view in one endoscope (optional) and a depth of field of 3 - 40 mm (without focusing). The use of sapphire glass enhances durability and application spectrum, suitable for extreme conditions in liquids and temperatures from -10°C to +100°C. It supports digital picture processing with a high-resolution optical system and ensures compatibility with DIN eyepiece and ACMI connection. The device is maintenance and repair-friendly.
Extras and Areas of Application:
The borescope is designed for digital picture processing, with an outer diameter of 2.8 mm, ideal for precision mechanics and electronics. It is particularly suitable for quality tests in machining plants to examine and document material defaults and surface conditions. The combination of features increases its application area, and optional digital picture processing aids in documentation and archiving.
