Overview: HILCO® provides a range of seal gas filters designed for particulate and liquid removal, tailored to customer specifications. The filters are suitable for both initial setups and aftermarket retrofits.

Filter Designs: HILCO® offers three main designs of seal gas filters: Welded Pipe Mount, Machined Floor Mount, and Welded Floor Mount. All filters are made from 316/316L stainless steel and can be configured in simplex or duplex arrangements. They comply with ASME Code SEC VIII, Div. 1, and API-614 design requirements.

Cartridge Design: HILCO® also manufactures cartridges for particulate removal and coalescing applications, using various filtration media to meet different filtration grade requirements.

Welded Pipe Mount Filters:

Zero-leak integral transfer valve to prevent leakage.
Compact design saves space with pipe mounting options.
Custom flange configurations available.
Double Block and Bleed on Vent/Drain connections upon request.
Ideal for coalescing applications.
Recommended for applications <1000 PSI MAWP and ≤1” Inlet/Outlet size.
Available up to 4000 psi.

Machined Floor Mount Filters:

Used in high-pressure applications, constructed without welding.
Ball valves ensure no leakage in duplex assemblies.
Double Block and Bleed configuration available upon request.
Recommended for applications >1000 PSI MAWP and ≤1-1/2” Inlet/Outlet size.
Available up to 10,000 psi.

Welded Floor Mount Filters:

Traditional configuration for higher pressures and flows.
Fabricated construction with ball valves for duplex assemblies.
Double Block and Bleed configuration available upon request.
Reduced number of seals, cost-effective for larger flow rates.
Recommended for applications >1” Inlet/Outlet size.
