Specifications:
Heyco Open/Closed Bushings are designed for mounting holes ranging from 0.375 inches (9.5 mm) to 1.500 inches (38.1 mm). The split design allows for side entry and encirclement of preassembled harnesses, capillary tubes, or other assemblies with segments larger than the bushing's internal diameter. These bushings can also be assembled into holes that already contain cables, wires, or other filaments. They snap-lock into the mounting hole with fingertip pressure.

Material: Made from 6/6 Nylon.
Certifications: Recognized under the Component Program of Underwriters’ Laboratories (File E15331) and certified by the Canadian Standards Association (File LR8919).
Flammability Rating: 94V-2.
Material Temperature Index: Maximum temperature on part not to exceed 221°F (105°C), with a material temperature index of 257°F (125°C).

Maximum Panel Thickness: 0.125 inches (3.2 mm).
Various mounting hole diameters with corresponding part numbers and dimensions are provided, ranging from 0.375 inches to 1.500 inches.

Additional Features:
Locking fingers are available in fractional increments up to the maximum panel thickness.
