Heyco® Liquid Tight Hole Plugs
Material: Santoprene™ with a flammability rating of 94V-0. These plugs are oil tight, rain tight, and submersible, fitting knock-out holes from 1/2˝ to 1˝ and mounting holes from .500˝ to 1.000˝. They lock firmly in boxes with thicknesses from .030˝ to .125˝ and can be installed with fingertip pressure. Certified under UL and CSA standards.
These cordgrips are available in sizes with 1/2˝ to 3/4˝ NPT hubs, covering cable diameters from .150˝ to .850˝. They feature a compact design, color-coded labels, and a neoprene rubber grommet for a rain-tight seal. Made of corrosion-resistant machined steel, they have a temperature rating of 221°F (105°C).
Includes Headlock™, Autolock™, and Footlock™ machines for assembling Standard Square and RDD Lockit Strain Reliefs. These machines are designed to reduce installation costs and are suitable for high-volume production runs.
Made from 6/6 Nylon with a flammability rating of 94V-2, these plugs allow air passage for ventilation while limiting liquid infiltration. They lock into panels up to .250˝ thick and withstand a push-back force of 35 lbs. Suitable for electronic enclosures and motor housings.
These clamps are made from 6/6 Nylon with a flammability rating of 94V-2. They are designed for quick installation and secure clamping of cables or tubing. They resist corrosion and can be reused, although this feature is not UL certified.
