Technical Parameters and Specifications
L-line heat exchangers are copper brazed exchangers designed for standard heating or cooling installations. They feature a special corrugation pattern that balances low flow resistance with high heat exchange efficiency. The exchangers are constructed using vacuum furnace technology, ensuring the integrity and permanent fusion of plates, allowing them to withstand high-pressure and high-temperature conditions.

Applications
These exchangers are suitable for various applications, including tap water heating systems, central heating systems, solar and geothermal heating systems, installations with heat pumps, and industrial heating, HVAC, and cooling systems.

Construction and Materials
The heat exchangers are made from stainless steel plates brazed with copper or nickel. They are non-dismountable units with media flow arranged in counter-current channels. Connections are available in threaded or flanged options.

• Maximum temperature: 230°C / 446°F
• Minimum temperature: -195°C / 0°C (for flange CS)
• Maximum pressure: 3 MPa / 435 PSI for LA, LB, LH types; 2.5 MPa / 363 PSI for LM, LC, LD, LE types; 1.6 MPa / 232 PSI for LJ type

Insulation
The insulation for L-line exchangers is made of polyurethane foam covered with aluminum (APFI), fastened with latch clamps. It has a maximum working temperature of 135°C / 275°F, a thickness of 30 mm, and a thermal conductivity of 0.024 W/mK.

Flow Types and Channels Arrangement
The exchangers can be configured in one-pass or two-pass flow types, with channels arranged in parallel or series. Standard connection locations are specified for both one-pass and two-pass configurations.

Type and Size of Connections
Various connection sizes are available, ranging from 3/4" to DN100, depending on the model type.
