The BigJake® Premium 5040/5041 gloves offer a combination of performance and comfort, boasting enhanced durability and resistance compared to standard leather gloves. They are designed to last three times longer, with four times the puncture resistance and five times the cut resistance.
These gloves are made with SuperFabric® material, providing the highest cut resistance available, exceeding ISEA/CE Level 5 in enhanced areas. They feature innovative industrial puncture protection, offering four times the puncture resistance of standard double-palmed leather gloves. The gloves maintain the classic BigJake® cowhide leather feel, with reinforced seams for added protection.
The gloves come with a canvas safety cuff, available in two sizes: 5040 (2 ¾”) and 5041 (4 ½”). They can be dry-cleaned for repeated use, ensuring longevity and hygiene.
BigJake® Premium gloves are suitable for various applications, including veneer and plywood manufacturing, lumber applications, handling razorwire/barbed wire, and working with wires, metal, wood, and glass.
The gloves are available in multiple sizes: 7/S, 8/M, 9/L, 10/XL, and 11/XXL.
The gloves are cut-resistant, puncture-resistant, and abrasion-resistant, with protection zones serving as a general guide. Actual protection zones may vary.
HexArmor products are cut and puncture-resistant but not cut and puncture-proof. They should not be used with moving or serrated blades or tools. Users are responsible for assessing the suitability of the product for their specific applications.
