The HM-Series offers modular and variable blow moulding machines available in all-electric or hybrid versions. There are 8 different machine types built on two base frames, each with varying performance levels. These machines can be customized to meet specific customer needs, available as single or double-station machines.
- Electric and hydraulic driven mould strokes with options of 310 mm or 360 mm linear strokes.
- Calibration units available with 1.0 to 1.3 tons of force, featuring self-regulating height compensation up to 10 mm.
- Clamping systems offer 4 to 6 tons of force, with self-regulating mould thickness adjustment up to 6 mm.
- Extruders available in four dimensions, with options for hydraulic or electric drive.
The all-electric version features a new crank gearing system, eliminating the conventional spindle drive with shaft joint. This design combines the benefits of hydraulic and electric systems, enhancing performance and reducing machine size compared to competitors.
- High flexibility with quick mould changes from 1-fold to 6-fold moulds, and the ability to produce 2x1-fold to 2x6-fold with new HMD types.
- High output with powerful, horizontally arranged extruders and automatic speed regulation.
- Short changeover times with flanged masks and plug-in systems for up to two successor units.
- Optional features include wall thickness control, leak tightness checking, and circular cutters.
- Comfortable operation with a colored touch screen and PC control based on Windows XP.
- Compact design requiring minimal space, with good accessibility and an approved dual-circuit form-cooling system.
The HM-Series is compatible with moulds and parison heads from the HM-240-series. Extruders and parison heads are available for various materials, with options for deco layer or visual stripes production. The series emphasizes an optimal price-performance ratio and offers worldwide spare parts and technical customer service.
