Description
Hermelock cover lids can be optionally equipped with a special sealing made from NBR rubber, which meets the highest standards for sealing requirements.
Advantages
- Ensures full watertightness and gas tightness with an additional seal ring.
- The seal ring is black in color.
Material
The sealing is made from NBR rubber, known for its durability and effectiveness in sealing applications.
Installation Procedure
- Place the seal ring onto the bottom side of the cover as shown in the provided images.
- The seal ring has a profile with a 90° angle, as depicted in Picture B.
- Install the small base seal ring onto the bottom side cover (refer to Pictures A and B).
- Install the 90° angle seal ring onto the small reinforcement lip cover (refer to Pictures A and B).
- Turn the cover upside down; the seal ring will remain clipped in place. Insert the cover into the frame and lock it.

This sealing is made of an NBR rubber complying with the highest requirements. ADVANTAGE PRODUCT •Full watertightress and gas tightness by putting additional sealring. •Colour: black.
