Canning technology Designed for cooking fish (fresh, frozen or defrosted) in water or brine. With an outlet for fat with water sprays to collect the cooking fat for subsequent use. With a sealed cover (hydraulically opened) to avoid energy loss and heat insulated. Made of AISI-316 stainless steel. An energy efficient machine: • Fitted with a closed coil and purger to recover condensates. • Automatic temperature control and modulated steam entrance valve. Supplied with EC certification. Made to measure, according to the desired capacity per cycle. Disenada para la coccion del pescado (fresco, congelado o descongelado) en agua o salmuera. Provista de salida de grasas con difusores de agua para recogida de las grasas de coccion y aprovechamiento de las mismas. Con tapa (apertura hidraulica) sello de agua para evitar la perdida de energia, y provista de calorifugado. Construccion en acero inoxidable AISI-316. Maquina energeticamente eficiente: • Dotada de serpentfn cerrado y purgador para la recuperacion de condensados. • Control automatico de temperatura y valvula modulada de entrada de vapor. Suministrado con certificado CE. Disenada a medida segun capacidad requerida por ciclo.
